Delivery Information

Terms of Online Delivery

1. Delivery charge/courier charge is applicable for online delivery.
Order must be confirmed by advance payment through development, bank transfer, or online payment of the full or partial price of the goods delivered by courier.
2. The entire courier charge for the goods delivered by the courier is to be borne by the buyer.
3. Currently, online order delivery can take 1 to 3 days or more.
4. The buyer has to make the payment within 3 days after receiving the payment confirmation SMS. Payment after this may result in depletion of product stock or change in price.|
5. If the ordered product is not in stock, the product will be changed or the price will be refunded with the consent of the buyer.
6. In case of international payment, the customer must send a clear picture of the card through which the payment was made and a clear picture of the cardholder's Voter ID / National ID / Driving License / Passport to our official email or Facebook page. (The first and last 4 digits of the card number must be clearly understood in the picture)
7. No EMI is applicable on International Card.

অনলাইন ডেলিভারির শর্তাবলী 

১. অনলাইন ডেলিভারির ক্ষেত্রে ডেলিভারি চার্জ/ কুরিয়ার চার্জ প্রযোজ্য।
কুরিয়ারের মাধ্যমে ডেলিভারকৃত পণ্যের মূল্যের সম্পূর্ণ অথবা আংশিক মূল্য বিকাশ, ব্যাংকট্রান্সফার অথবা অনলাইন পেমেন্ট এর মাধ্যমে এডভান্স পেমেন্ট করে অর্ডার কনফার্ম করতে হবে।
২. কুরিয়ারের মাধ্যমে ডেলিভারকৃত পণ্যের সম্পূর্ণ কুরিয়ার চার্জ ক্রেতাকে বহন করতে হবে।
৩. বর্তমানে অনলাইন অর্ডারে ডেলিভারির ক্ষেত্রে সময় ১ থেকে ৩ দিন অথবা তারও বেশি লাগতে পারে।
৪. পেমেন্ট কনফার্মেশনের এসএমএস পাবার পর ৩ দিনের মধ্যে ক্রেতাকে পেমেন্ট করতে হবে। এর পর পেমেন্ট করলে পণ্য স্টক শেষ হয়ে যেতে পারে অথবা মূল্য পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।
৫. অর্ডারক্রীত পণ্য স্টকে না থাকলে ক্রেতার সম্মতিক্রমে পণ্য পরিবর্তন অথবা মূল্য রিফান্ড করা হবে।
৬. ইন্টারন্যাশনাল পেমেন্টের ক্ষেত্রে ক্রেতা যে কার্ডের মাধ্যমে পেমেন্ট করেছেন অবশ্যই সেই কার্ডের স্বচ্ছ ছবি এবং কার্ডহোল্ডারের ভোটার আইডি / ন্যাশনাল আইডি / ড্রাইভিং লাইসেন্স / পাসপোর্ট এর স্বচ্ছ ছবি আমাদের অফিশিয়াল ইমেইল অথবা ফেসবুক পেজে পাঠাতে হবে। (ছবিতে অবশ্যই কার্ড নাম্বারের প্রথম এবং শেষ ৪ ডিজিট স্পষ্ট বুঝা যেতে হবে)
৭. ইন্টারন্যাশনাল কার্ডে কোন ইএমআই(EMI) প্রযোজ্য নয়।
